How long does it take before my order ships out?
Most items ship out the same or next business day.
If you order something on a Friday it will not ship out
until the following Monday. We ship on Monday
through Friday, nothing will ship out on Saturday or
Sundays.
How do I
know if the item is in stock?
Our website is tied into our inventories, so if our
system allows you to order an item it means that it is
in stock. Please check the item description for
further information. Some items are Pre-Ordered
and the item description will contain information
relative to the general ship date. If an item is
not in stock, the system will ask you if you would like
to Back Order the item. You can then choose to
either order the item or remove it from you cart.
How does a Pre-Order work?
If an item is on Pre-Order it means we have that item on
order for a future release. You may Pre-Order the
item to secure having it when it is released. Note
that you will be billed for the item at time of order,
even though the item may not come in for several month.
Pre-Orders can not be cancelled without incurring a 25%

When will I
receive my order?
If you have ordered items that are in stock, you order
should ship out with 2-3 working days from the time you
ordered it. If it is shipped via UPS you can check
the map for time in travel from us to your location

here for map.
We are located in the Yellow Zone 1. So time in
travel for UPS Ground from zone 1 to zone 5 would be 5
working days, again this does not include Saturdays or
Sundays. So if you placed an order on a Friday it
would ship out on Monday and arrive to you in 5 working
days, or the following Monday. If you place your
order before noon on Friday and pay for a rush fee it
will go out on Friday and arrive the Following Friday.
How
long does it take before my order ships out?
Most items ship out the same or next business day.

through Friday, nothing will ship out on Saturday or
Sundays. Do not combine Pre-Order items with existing
merchandise or it will delay the shipping of your in

Do you drop
ship from Vendors or stock the items?
We have both a physical store and warehouse in
Canandaigua, NY some items are in our store some in our
warehouse, 90 percent of our merchandise ships from one
of these two locations. Most of our bedding and
furniture items drop ship to you directly from the
manufacturer.
How
much is shipping?
Shipping cost is determined at check based on the items
you bought (their weight) and your zip code. If
you add the items you want to your cart and select check
out, you can select rates next to the shipping tab, make
sure you enter both the state and zip code to get the
correct rate information. Of course orders over
$200.00 ship for FREE as always. Do not combine
Pre-Order items with existing merchandise or it will
delay the shipping of your in stock items and they will
not ship until the Pre-Order items ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, but not to all countries and not all
items. To find out for sure add the item you
are interested in to your cart and click on check
out now, click on see shipping rates a complete list
of the countries we can ship to is listed there. If
you don't see your country please email us and will
be glad to answer any questions.

wholesale?
We do not sell anything wholesale we are a retail
business and do not wholesale or distribute any of the
products we sell.
My
package arrived and one or all of the items are damaged
or missing what do I do?
Contact us immediately via email.
If the item(s) is damaged. Make sure you
describe the extent of the damage and whether or not
the shipping box, (the box the items were in) has
noticeable damage. We insure every shipment at
no extra cost to you. We will then contact UPS
and file a claim on your behalf. You will need
to hold on the items and all the packing materials
including the box for 5 working days, in that time a
UPS representative may come out to inspect the
package for damages, and may take the package with
them. Once we have a resolution from UPS, we
can either re-ship you a new item or give you a
refund depending on your preference and availability
of that item.
If the item is missing. Make sure you contact us
immediately or within 3 working days, you may do so

Not all items can be returned please check the

ABOUT DOLLS
Are your
Dolls New?
We are a doll dealer with a retail store located in
Canandaigua, NY all of the new dolls we sell are
direct from the manufacturer. Some older
retired dolls may not be new, but they are in new
condition, and in original boxes and never have they
been opened. Obviously a doll made in 1990 is
not new, we buy dolls from collectors or from other
businesses, we never buy any dolls that are not
perfect or used. Unless otherwise indicated in
the image, the item is new or like new in perfect
condition.
Do you buy Dolls? We do. If you have a doll
or dolls to sell this is what you must do.
Send us a detailed email list of your dolls, with
the name of the doll(s). If there are any
imperfections in or on the box please note it.
We will only buy perfect dolls in mint condition,
never opened and in perfect condition boxes!
Once we get your list we will review it and if we
are interested in any of the dolls we will contact
you and we will first negotiate a fair price.
You will then need to ship the dolls to us at your
expense for our inspection. If they are as
described we will issue you a check for the
pre-arranged amount . If they are not to our
liking or standards we will ship them back to you at
our expense.
How much is my doll worth? We do not appraise
dolls, we can not answer this question. We do
not deal in vintage or antique dolls and we can not
help you in assessing the value of an old doll.

Can I get another box?
We do our best to ship out perfect boxes, but due to
the fragile nature of cardboard and paper boxes, we
cannot guarantee undamaged boxes. We will not
replace damaged boxes.

receive FREE Shipping in continental USA Via UPS Ground.

TO CANADA!! Most of our products are now available to ship
to Canada via UPS International Ground. Canadian orders will
generally ship within 3 business days from the date that the
order is placed. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the
responsibility of the recipient. UPS charges resulting from
customer refusal of a package will be charged to the
customer.. All "Free Shipping" or "fixed shipping"
offers are only valid for orders shipped to United States
addresses. When an order is processed for an item indicating
"Free Shipping" . We will contact the customer to provide a
quote for shipping to Canada. At this time, the customer
will have the option to either accept the provided quote or
cancel the order. Expedited shipping quotes can be provided

Shipments that are refused
will be billed shipping return charges if the shipment
is sent back to us. Make sure someone is home to
receive a package this is ordered. You can select
signature request if you want someone to sign for the
package, packages that go out without signature required
that are left by UPS are the customers responsibility.
We suggest you select Signature required if it is unsafe
to leave your package at your door.

Changes of address on

Drop Ship
Some merchandise
ships directly from the manufacturer to you. These items
may include furniture and larger pieces or lamps.
The cart will calculate shipping cost for you as well.
Most Veratex merchandise is a drop ship from the
manufacturer, delivery times are stated next to the item!
If an item is a drop ship item it will take 3 weeks to 6
weeks for delivery.
We will specify on the item the availability and
shipping information for specific item.
We want
you to be delighted with your Angelic Dreamz Home Decor purchase. If,
for any reason, you would like to return or exchange an item, simply
return it according to the instructions below within 15 days of
purchase in original condition, A 25% restocking fee
will apply when returning items.
Before returning an item. We will replace it with another item or give
you a store credit. We will not issue a refund only a
store credit!
Items on sales are final.
SALE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL SALE.
IF YOU REFUSE A PACKAGE and it is returned to us you are liable for the
shipping charges both out to you and back to us. If the package is
received damaged we will not issue a credit we will file a damage claim

At Angelic Dreamz Home, customer
satisfaction is our number one concern. We will do our very best to
satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability each and
every time. Any unused, brand new merchandise, in their original boxes
or packages, may be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days
of receipt (less the shipping cost). Angelic Dreamz Home assumes the
"ship to" costs on items with "free shipping" only on purchases that are
not returned. A 25% restocking fee will apply when returning items.
Before returning an item, you must obtain a "Return Authorization
Number". Our customer service representatives can give you more
information. Defective merchandise after the 15 day period is under
warranty by the manufacturer, and we encourage you to please read the
warranty information enclosed with each product. If you should receive
any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately
so we can replace the item at our expense. If you choose not to receive
a replacement shipping charges are not refundable and the restocking fee
will apply. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. Claims
for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of
receipt. In addition CHRISTMAS ITEMS such as KRINKLES
can not be returned after Christmas. Christmas Krinkles sales are
FINAL.

Merchandise returned without prior authorization

Return Authorization number from us in order to be returned.

Damages
& Claims
Please open and inspect all items Immediately!

Please understand some of the items we sell are hand crafted,
slight variation are inherent.
You have 3 days from
the time you receive a package to report a damage or missing
item claim. Please inspect your package upon arrival and
notify us immediately of any damages or other problems.
Failure to do so within 3 days will result in our inability to
help you. If you are out of town and you can't inspect
your package make sure someone else does. We are not
liable for packages that remain unopened and un-inspected for
longer than 3 days.
We will assist in any way that we can to get the item
replaced or credited, never the less, Angelic Dreamz Home, is
not ultimately responsible for damages incurred while in
shipment. We do realize that these incidents although
rare, do occur and we will make every effort to rectify the
situation. Several parties may be involved in this process
and your patience will be greatly appreciated. We are
pleasant by nature and want all transactions to be pleasant as
well and as timely as possible.
If your package arrives
damaged. Please contact us immediately by
email.
We will then file a claim for damages with UPS. Please
hold on to the package and all package materials for five days
or until you hear from us. Once UPS approves the claim we
will give you the option of replacing the merchandise or giving
you a credit. It is very important that claims be filed
immediately, please inspect all packages immediately and report
damages within 3 days of receipt. Any damages reported
after 3 days can not be resolved. Thank you.
If the damage is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will
contact the manufacturer and get a replacement as soon as
possible, please be patient while we resolve any manufacturing
defects.
A NOTE ABOUT DOLL BOXES
This in
particular relates to Barbie Dolls. If it is a new
doll, it is mint in original box, from Mattel, we do not
sell any displayed dolls. We make every effort to make
sure the item you receive is perfect. At no extra cost
we insure your packages so that in the case there is damage
you will not lose and we will not lose either. That
having been said, you should know that we are not in the
business of selling boxes, we sell Barbie Dolls. UPS
will not and does not nor can they insure the doll boxes.
We take every precaution in packing and shipping to make
sure the item arrives perfect but we can not control what
happens between us and your front door. That is why we
insure every item.
Regarding older
and retired dolls. While we only buy and sell dolls
that have never been removed from their boxes and are in
mint condition. There is intrinsically some wear
from shipping and time that will occur on most doll boxes,
this in no way diminishes their value. If you are
overly concerned about the condition of a box, please call
us before ordering and we would be more than happy to review
the item you are interested in and let you know if there are
any defects, otherwise, when you buy a retired doll you
are accepting that it is not a new item, and that a certain
amount of wear and time may have affected the condition of
the box.
Most boxes made
by Mattel were not meant to withstand a lot of shipping and
traveling, many boxes arrive not perfect directly from
Mattel. It is important to remember that the box is
not what you are collecting, it is the doll, and box
condition in the long run is not as important. But
again we re-iterate we will be happy to give you any
information upon request.
You can be assured that we
will stand behind our product and help you in any way we can
that is reasonable, as doll collectors ourselves for many
years, we understand what a collector wants and what is
important, you can feel comfortable that we will help you in

TAXES
The total price of any order will include applicable
state sales taxes only. All other taxes which may be

CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS
Changes to delivery addresses may cause a $10.00 fee
to be added to your order in the following cases: 1) You
provided an inaccurate address to Angelic Dreamz Inc., or 2)
You have the delivery forwarded to an alternate location
after the order was placed.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Angelic Dreamz Inc. incurs a return shipping fee
equal to the cost of shipping the product to You when You
refuse the shipment or are not available to complete the
delivery. Angelic Dreamz Inc. reserves the right to pass
this fee on to You by deducting the amount from the total
credit due.

GOVERNING LAW/WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

shall be settled in accordance with the Commercial

rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction thereof. Angelic Dreamz Inc. and You
hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Supreme
Court of the State of New York and the Federal Courts of the
Western District of New York for all purposes, including the
entry of judgment on any award and further consent that any
process or notice of motion or other application to either
of said Courts, and any paper in connection or arbitration,
may be served by certified mail, return receipt requested or
by personal service or in such other manner as may be
permissible under the rules of the applicable Court or
Arbitration Tribunal provided a reasonable time for
appearance is allowed. The AAA shall appoint a panel of
three arbitrators, at least one of which shall be a member
of the Bar of the State of New York and shall have no power
to alter or modify any of the provisions of this Agreement
or to render any award which effectuates any such alteration
or modification. The decisions of the arbitrator(s) shall be
binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and
judgment upon any award of the arbitrator(s) may be entered
by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision
shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent
jurisdiction.
GENERAL
Angelic Dreamz Inc. reserves the right at any time
and without notice to change the terms, conditions, and
notices under which this Site is offered. You hereby agree
that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency
relationship exists between You and Angelic Dreamz Inc. as a
result of this agreement or Your use of this Site.
This agreement supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether
electronic, oral or written, between You and Angelic Dreamz
Inc. with respect to this Site.

Payment by Major Credit Card: Not all countries
credit cards will work with US Banks. If your order is
approved, it will be processed, You must enter the billing
address exactly as on card, you must also enter a CVV
number. If your order will not process with a major
credit card and you get an error message, use the alternate
payment below.
Alternate Payment: Payment must be done via bank
wire transfer. Please select the items you want to
purchase, Select the shipping method you would prefer, there
are several options for some countries. Then select
"I will Pay by Phone" as your payment option. In
the notes please indicate WIRE TRANSFER. We will email
you the information for the wire transfer. We expect
to receive the wire transfer within 3 working days, if it is
not received in that period of time, and we have not heard
from you as to why it has not been received, your order will
automatically be cancelled. Orders are not processed
and goods are not held until funds have been received.
