EMBROIDERED PILLOWS These pillows are delightful keepsakes for remembering the hometown you grew up in, or perhaps to commemorate your honeymoon, or some wonderful vacation spot. Great for gift giving, they can proudly proclaim cousin Billy Bob as a son of Texas or Woody Allen as a diehard New Yorker. And as you can imagine, these pillows are unusual conversational pieces, whether displayed in a home, office, or…. you tell us! It all starts in the design studio when a "lightbulb" goes off and an idea is born. There are certain prerequisites for the designs that actually make it to the drawing board: they must possess a positive, uplifting quality and/or put forth a sense of whimsical fun. Much time is spent in researching subject matter and sourcing materials. Drafts and redrafts are made and remade until a finished sample is born. As Thomas Edison said, "Genius is 99% perspiration." At this point, the second phase of the process begins.We are proud to carry on and support the tradition of HAND EMBROIDERY in this age of the machine. Each pillow one has an individual stamp or ‘signature” like one of God’s flowers or like a snow flake….not that of a machine. Our production by it’s very nature produces beautiful limited editions! When you examine yours up close and see all the details that have been skillfully stitched, not to mention all the color changes of thread involved, you'll realize what an exceptional value it is.
