Our flap crossbody carries the Maison Angelique atelier at its most daring: a model in an ivory cape dress with black opera gloves, the master couturier pinning the drape on the dress form, vintage pattern drafts and deco starbursts mapping the geometry of a gown that broke every rule and started every trend.
The structured flap silhouette wears close on its adjustable strap while the print does the tailoring – atelier sketches on the spine, deco shapes on the cover, and a Fifties silhouette that treats every doorway as an atelier door.
